Bun Fiend

Last night for dinner I had tofu bun with egg rolls from Hai Ky. I love how Hai Ky adds tons of vegetables to the dish. All together, it included roasted peanuts, carrots, cilantro, cucumber, and tofu on a bed of vermicelli, lettuce, onions, and bean sprouts. The peanuts were roasted a little long but still pretty tasty.

I think I could eat this everyday for the rest of my life.

Also, I attended Sunstone’s 2nd intro class today! It consisted of all the sitting poses from the fire class and was definitely more of a challenge than yesterday’s standing poses, but luckily I felt a little more used to the heat. I’m gonna try my first real class tomorrow 😀
